My son Carter was not only my child but my friend. He is one of the funniest, most genuine, loving, smart and selfless people I've ever known. He had a passion for music, started playing the guitar when he was 8 and never put it down. He wrote, recorded and produced his own songs, that was how he expressed himself. Carter was sold an M30 Oxy pill that ended up being pure fentanyl. He had so much life left to live and he was robbed of that by 1 pill. I am broken, but will never stop fighting.
