Beloved son, brother, uncle and nephew. Loved Family. Dave was very close to his grandmother. Dave was an honest, naive, kind soul who enjoyed helping others. He suffered with depression and anxiety from a young age. Prescribed Opioids for injuries from a motorcycle accident at the age of 19 - he struggled with Opioid addiction for years and was on Suboxone therapy - he explained it was not working one week before his passing. Dave was preparing for a scheduled doctor visit one hour after his death from Fentanyl poisoning. We believe Dave had no idea the substance he desperately bought on the street contained Fentanyl. We will forever miss our Dave-O and he will always be in our hearts.
