Dylan was my beautiful son who fought hard for recovery and made us very proud the last year of his life. He was sober for almost a year, just obtained his GED and landed a job he truly wanted. He had hopes and dreams for the future. On Christmas Eve 2019, he was with some people who said they were his friends. That night he was talked into obtaining some heroin from a "friend". That bag was laced with fentanyl. My son was gone by 12:04am Christmas morning. Our lives are forever altered.
