Jacob was born 1-5-93. A quiet calm baby and an easy child. He struggled with PTSD and SUD. He had many wonderful sides. Funny, smart, a sensitive soul. He loved music, cooking and gaming. Son, brother, uncle and a proud father of 3. I want people to remember Jacob for all his special qualities and the great love he had for his family and friends. I will always feel blessed for every minute! My last memory is the biggest hug of my life, he was healthy and happy to finally be home.
