Forever Age: 15

My son Jacob Robertson passed away April 3, 2021. He was 15. He was given a fake Percocet that was laced with Fentanyl. I found him the morning of March 29, in his bed. He was brought back by EMT’s and he lived 6 days. I made the decision to remove the breathing machines. He passed away with myself and his older sister by his side. He was a younger brother, as well as an older brother, he was the most lovable son, grandson and friend. His passing has left a huge hole in our whole family.
