Jeffrey is my first born. Jeffrey's life was taken in Morgantown, WV in September 2021. His body was found in the Mon river on September 21st. He was gone before they put him in the water. Drugs stole his life and the evilness killed him. He had enough fentanyl in his system to kill 10 people. He was so kind and caring. They didn't care about his life or ours. I will continue to fight for justice for my beloved sweet son.
