Joeangel Arenas was 18 years old. He was born December 7, 2002. On June 12, 2021 just a month prior he graduated from Charles H. Milby High School in Harris County, Houston Tx. Senior Class of 2021. He passed the morning of July 16, 2021. He took what he thought was a Xanax bar the night before he went to bed. It turned out to be a fake pill that contained a lethal dose of Fentanyl and Carfentanil. Half a pill is all it took.
