Sara was funny, loving, caring and kind! She was a mom to 4 kids, who were her world! She was a strong believer in God and had several years heroin free, until 2020. The COVID lockdown prevented her from attending meetings (NA and Celebrate Recovery) in person and she relapsed. June 5th was the day she was to sign up for another placement in rehab but instead she was found dead, in her home. Sara died from the "Toxic effects of fentanyl". She promised her kids she was going to get better. 💔
