What We Do
Speaking Engagements
We provide impactful educational presentations and lead open discussions for a variety of audiences, raising awareness about the connection between mental health and substance use.
Schools & Students
We educate students about the dangers of illicit drugs and the critical importance of mental health. We foster honest conversations and provide valuable resources to help students make informed choices.Community Events & Parent Meetings
We engage parents and community members in open, fact-based discussions about the current drug crisis and its link to mental health struggles. We address the risks associated with social media, the alarming ease of access to illicit substances, and the vital role of family and community support in prevention efforts.Professional Leaders
We actively partner with a wide range of professionals who play a vital role in the lives of young people—including the DEA, law enforcement, medical professionals, mental health providers, first responders, educators, coaches, school counselors, youth mentors, and social workers.Through these partnerships, we provide expert insight, educational resources, and collaborative opportunities to help these leaders:
Recognize early warning signs of substance use and mental health challenges.
Foster open, supportive conversations with students and families.
Understand their unique role in prevention, early intervention, and guiding youth toward recovery.
Create a unified, community-wide approach to addressing these critical issues.
Together, we can equip those on the front lines with the tools and knowledge needed to make a lasting, positive impact in the lives of the youth they serve.
Student Volunteer Program
We empower high school and college students to actively contribute to our mission through meaningful volunteer opportunities. Volunteers assist with:
Fundraising efforts
Community outreach
Social media campaigns
Nonprofit initiatives
We also offer scholarships and educational grants to support the continued growth and learning of our dedicated student volunteers.
Peer-to-Peer Mentorship Program
In collaboration with schools, we provide the framework and resources to develop peer mentorship programs. Older high school or college-aged students mentor younger peers through critical transitional periods.
The program focuses on:
Preparing students for academic, social, and emotional challenges.
Educating peers about the dangers of social media and online influences.
Facilitating open, judgment-free conversations about drug use, mental health, and positive decision-making.
Challenging stigma and promoting proactive prevention efforts.
BTV Grants – Financial Assistance
We provide financial assistance to teenagers in crisis who are seeking treatment for substance abuse and mental health challenges. These grants also help families manage the financial and logistical burdens associated with treatment and recovery—so they can focus on healing and support.
Advocacy & Awareness
We advocate for better access to mental health and substance abuse treatment for teens and young adults. Our team is committed to educating the public and influencing policy that prioritizes prevention, education, and compassionate care.
Our advocacy focuses on:
Supporting Legislation
We back bills that promote mental health initiatives, increase treatment access, and remove barriers to timely, effective care.Expanding Resource Access
We work to improve and streamline how families find and access vital support.Drug Education
We promote comprehensive, fact-based drug education in schools and communities to help youth make informed, stigma-free choices.Community Awareness
Through campaigns, public speaking, and collaboration with leaders, we raise awareness of the urgent need for prevention and compassionate care.
Our goal is lasting change—removing stigma, improving education, and ensuring every family has access to the help they need.
